  • The product is returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.   

 

3. Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will be equal to the price of the product, excluding shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: For returns due to other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions
